Ms. Amerson is an associate attorney with Doyle Lowther LLP. Ms. Amerson’s practice includes complex litigation on behalf of defrauded consumers and investors, and includes personal injury law.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Amerson worked at a well-respected plaintiffs firm specializing in catastrophic personal injury, products liability, elder abuse and employment law.

Her recent successes include representing a family whose father was killed in a pedi-cab accident resulting in a settlement of $1 million. In addition, Ms. Amerson represented a quadriplegic father involved in a motor vehicle accident, resulting in a settlement in excess of $3 million. Ms. Amerson also litigated a boating accident trial to verdict: the plaintiffs were awarded more than $1.6 million in damages.

Ms. Amerson graduated with honors from the University of Michigan with a degree in psychology. She went on to receive her law degree from the University of San Diego. During law school, Ms. Amerson was a member of the International Law Society and Womens Law Caucus.

Ms. Amerson is admitted to practice in all California and Florida courts, as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of California. Ms. Amerson is a member of the San Diego Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and Consumer Attorneys of California.
